London fire; Sikh community has come forward to help survivors of Grenfell Tower fire

London: Sikh community has known for its selfless service (sewa) all around the world. Sikh community has always ready to help people in need.

London based Sikh community has come forward to help survivors of deadly Grenfell Tower fire that have left hundred s homeless.

Harjinder Singh a community member from a Gurdwara at Ealing said: “Sikhs Gurdwara in Lo0ndon started collecting and distributing spare clothes, toys, toiletries for Grenfell Tower evacuees.

Khlasa Aid, the Sikh Disaster relief operation that brought relief  to Somerset Levels during the dreadful f floods of 2014, was also helping people of tower.

Sikh community was also praised for helping people in wake of terror attack of May 22 that killed 22 people.
